Impfondo is a town and commune located in the northeastern region of the Republic of the Congo. Situated along the Oubangui River, it serves as the primary administrative center for both the Impfondo District and the Likouala Department.
The town functions as a regional hub with access to an airport and significant water transport links. It is connected by river barge to the cities of Brazzaville and Bangui.
