Dibaya-Lubwe is a town located in the Kwilu Province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is situated within the Idiofa Territory and lies on the south shore of the Kasai River, specifically at the point where it joins with the Lubue River.
As of 2012, the population of Dibaya-Lubwe was estimated to be approximately 38,933 residents.
