The River de Chute is a river located in the northeastern United States and eastern Canada, specifically flowing through Maine and New Brunswick. It originates from the outflow of Lindsay Lake in Easton, Maine, where it flows approximately 5 miles (8 km) southward along a path situated about half a mile west of the international border.
The river turns east to cross into Canada at coordinates 46°36′04″N 67°47′18″W. From this point, it flows roughly 3 miles (5 km) until it reaches its confluence with the Saint John River. A portion of this waterway serves as the geographical boundary between Victoria County and Carleton County in New Brunswick.
