Repentigny

Repentigny is an off-island suburb located in the province of Quebec, Canada. It is situated north of Montreal and lies on the lower end of the L'Assomption River as well as the Saint Lawrence River.

The city is part of the Lanaudière region. Historically, Repentigny and Charlemagne were the first towns established off the eastern tip of the Island of Montreal.
