Mile End is an area located in East London within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. It is situated approximately 4.2 miles (6.8 km) east of Charing Cross and forms part of the historic East End district.
The neighborhood is positioned along a section of the London-to-Colchester road known as Mile End Road. Historically, it was recognized as one of the earliest suburbs developed in London.
