Quinte West is a city located in Southern Ontario, Canada. While it is geographically situated within Hastings County, it remains administratively separated from the county. The city is positioned on the western end of the Bay of Quinte on Lake Ontario.
The municipality serves as the Lake Ontario terminus for the Trent–Severn Waterway. Trenton is the largest community in Quinte West and functions as its primary administrative and commercial center.
