Greater Napanee is a town located in southeastern Ontario, Canada. It is situated on the eastern end of the Bay of Quinte, approximately 45 kilometres (28 miles) west of Kingston. The municipality serves as the county seat of Lennox and Addington County.
The municipality was established on January 1, 1998, through the amalgamation of the Town of Napanee with Richmond Township and the townships of Adolphustown, North Fredericksburg, and South Fredericksburg. Geographically, Greater Napanee is co-extensive with the boundaries of the original Lennox County.
