Clarence-Rockland is a city situated in Eastern Ontario, Canada. It is located along the Ottawa River within the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, positioned immediately to the east of the city of Ottawa.
The municipality was officially formed on January 1, 1998. Its creation resulted from the amalgamation of the Town of Rockland and Clarence Township.
