Grandview–Woodland, also commonly known as Grandview–Woodlands, is a neighborhood located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is situated to the east of the downtown area and extends southward from the shores of Burrard Inlet.
The area encompasses portions of the popular Commercial Drive district. As a mature neighborhood, it features a diverse mix of land uses, including commercial, industrial, single-family residential, and multi-family residential properties. It is characterized by a rich ethnic history and vibrant community features.
