Serule is a village located in the Central District of Botswana. It is positioned at a latitude of -21.95 and a longitude of 27.3, situated approximately 340 kilometres east of the country's center and 332 kilometres northeast of the capital city, Gaborone.
The village serves as an important railroad junction with tracks leading north toward Francistown, south to Palapye, and east to the mining town of Selebi-Phikwe. It is situated along the road between Francistown and Palapye, specifically located 88 kilometres south of Francistown, 72 kilometres north of Palapye, and 60 kilometres west of Selebi-Phikwe.
