Pilikwe is a rural village situated in the Central District of Botswana. It is also known by its native name, Rametsana. The settlement was originally founded by Kgosi Tshekedi Khama of Bangwato, and it remains under the leadership of the current chief, Kgosi Gasebalwe Seretse.
Geographically, the village is positioned 32 km northeast of Radisele and lies approximately 10 km east of the Martin's Drift Tswapong highway. A notable physical characteristic of the area is a hill that borders the village on its northern side.
