Lucaya is a suburb located in Freeport on the island of Grand Bahama in the Bahamas. It is situated approximately 105 miles (160 km) east-northeast of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Together with Freeport, Lucaya constitutes the second largest city in the Bahamas.
The primary industry for Lucaya is tourism. The area serves as a significant residential and commercial hub within the larger metropolitan framework of Grand Bahama.
