Votuporanga is a municipality located in the northwest region of the state of São Paulo, Brazil. It is situated approximately 520 km from the capital city of São Paulo. According to the 2022 Census, the city has a population of 96,634 inhabitants.
The city serves as the center of a Microregion with a total population of 191,475 people. In 2018, Pope Francis established the Roman Catholic Diocese of Votuporanga within the municipality.
