Ubatuba is a Brazilian municipality situated on the northeast coast within the state of São Paulo. It serves as part of the Metropolitan Region of Vale do Paraíba e Litoral Norte.
The city covers a total area of 723.88 km², with a population of approximately 92,819 residents. A defining geographical characteristic of the region is that 83% of its landmass is located within the Serra do Mar State Park.
