Santana de Parnaíba is a city and municipality located in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. It is situated within the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo and covers a total area of 179.95 km2 (69.48 sq mi). As of recent data, the city has a population of 154,105 residents.

The municipality was founded in 1625 near the Tietê River by Susana Dias, who was an important wife of a Bandeirante. The area is notable for being the birthplace of prominent figures such as Domingos Jorge Velho and Warwick Estevam Kerr.
