Mongaguá is a municipality located in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. It is situated within the Metropolitan Region of Baixada Santista and covers a total area of 141.87 km2. The city has a recorded population of 57,648.
The name Mongaguá originates from the Tupi language. The official seal of the municipality features the motto "E pluribus unum."
