Caçapava is a municipality located in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. It is situated within the Metropolitan Region of Vale do Paraíba e Litoral Norte.
The city is positioned between the cities of São José dos Campos and Taubaté, at distances of 24 km and 19 km respectively. Geographically, it lies approximately 109 km from the city of São Paulo and 263 km from Rio de Janeiro.
