Tijucas is a small city located in the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Situated within the greater Florianópolis metropolitan area, it covers a total land area of approximately 278.91 km2 and sits at an altitude of 2 meters.
The city was founded on June 13, 1860. As of the 2020 census, Tijucas had a population of 39,155 inhabitants. It is geographically positioned at latitude 27°14'29" South and longitude 48°38'01" West.
