Vilhena is the easternmost municipality located in the Brazilian state of Rondônia. It covers a total area of 11,519 km² and serves as the fifth-largest city within the state.
The city has a population of 95,832 residents and is noted for having the highest Human Development Index (HDI) in Rondônia. According to IBGE-2015 data, Vilhena recorded a GDP of R$1,824,367.69, which corresponds to a GDP per capita of R$23,055.20.
