Ijuí is a Brazilian municipality located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. It is situated approximately 395 kilometres (245 mi) from Porto Alegre, which serves as the state capital.
The city is positioned within the Missões region and ranks as its third most populous urban center, following Passo Fundo and Erechim. As of 2020, the population of Ijuí was recorded at 83,764 residents.
