Ceará-Mirim is a city located in the Northeast region of Brazil within the state of Rio Grande do Norte. It is situated approximately 30 kilometers from the state capital, Natal, and 1,771 kilometers from the federal capital, Brasília.
The municipality covers a total area of 724.838 square kilometers, with an urbanized area of 28.5233 square kilometers. According to the 2022 demographic census conducted by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), the city has a population of 79,115 inhabitants, making it the sixth most populous municipality in Rio Grande do Norte.
