Guarabira is a municipality located in the state of Paraíba within the Northeast Region of Brazil. Situated at approximately 6°51′18″S 35°29′24″W, the city serves as a regional center in its geographic area.
The municipality was founded in 1837. It is notable for serving as the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Guarabira.
