Ponta Porã is a municipality located in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The city covers an area of 5,329 km² and has a recorded population of 98,598 as of 2025.
The municipality is characterized by its geographical position on the border with Paraguay. It shares a dry border and forms a conurbation with the Paraguayan city of Pedro Juan Caballero.
