Dourados is a city and municipality located in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso do Sul. It is situated approximately 225 km (140 mi) southwest of the state capital, Campo Grande.

The city serves as one of the most significant urban centers in the region, ranking as the second most populous and important city in Mato Grosso do Sul. With a population of about 264,017 inhabitants, its economy is primarily driven by cattle ranching and arable agriculture.
