Irecê is a municipality located in the state of Bahia, Brazil. Situated in the northern region of the Chapada Diamantina, the city lies approximately 476 kilometres (296 mi) northwest of the state capital, Salvador.

As of 2020, the municipality had a population of 73,524 people. The town is primarily recognized as an agricultural hub, specifically noted for its production of black beans and its status as a wine-producing region.
