Glazoué is a town, arrondissement, and commune located in the Collines Department of central Benin. It occupies an area of approximately 1,350 square kilometres.
The commune is situated along the railway line that connects Cotonou to Parakou. As of 2013, the population of Glazoué was recorded at 124,431 people.
