Pahou is a town and administrative arrondissement located in the Atlantique Department of southern Benin. It serves as an official division under the jurisdiction of the commune of Ouidah.
According to data from the 2002 population census conducted by the Institut National de la Statistique Benin, the arrondissement had a total population of 14,436 residents.
