Al Musalla is a village located in the northern region of the Kingdom of Bahrain. It is situated on the western outskirts of the capital city, Manama, and falls under the jurisdiction of the Northern Governorate administrative region.
The village is positioned relative to several other local settlements, lying west of Tashan and Khamis, north of Sehla, and south of Jidhafs.
