Zebil is a village located in the commune of Sarichioi within the Northern Dobruja region of Tulcea County, Romania. It is one of five villages that comprise the municipality.
The area is characterized by its diverse demographic makeup. While ethnic Romanians form the majority of the population, there is also a sizeable Lipovan community residing in the commune, making up approximately 43.1% of the inhabitants.
