Korsimoro is a town located in central Burkina Faso. It serves as the capital of the Korsimoro Department within the Sanmatenga Province.
The town is situated approximately 70 km north-northeast of the national capital, Ouagadougou, along the primary road leading to Kaya. As of 2019, the population of Korsimoro was recorded at 18,875.
