Zomergem is a town and former municipality located in the province of East Flanders within the Flanders region of Belgium. It covers a total area of 38.78 km².
The municipality comprises three distinct towns: Oostwinkel, Ronsele, and Zomergem proper. As of January 1, 2018, the total population of the area was 8,466 residents.
