Denderleeuw is a municipality situated in the province of East Flanders within the Denderstreek region of Belgium. The municipality covers a total area of 13.77 km² and serves as the administrative center for the towns of Denderleeuw proper, Iddergem, and Welle.

The geography of the area is defined by the river Dender, which flows through the municipality. As of 2021, the total population of Denderleeuw was recorded at 20,730 residents.
