Aarschot is a city and municipality located in the province of Flemish Brabant within the Flanders region of Belgium. The municipality encompasses the city of Aarschot proper along with the towns of Gelrode, Langdorp, and Rillaar.
As of January 1, 2019, the city had a total population of 30,106 residents. The municipality covers a total area of 62.52 km² (24.14 sq mi), resulting in a population density of approximately 446 inhabitants per km².
