Pirojpur is a town located in the Pirojpur district within the Barisal Division of southern Bangladesh. It serves as the administrative headquarters and is the largest urban center of its district.
The town encompasses an area of 29.50 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 78,057 during the 2011 census. A notable landmark in the town is the Pirojpur Cricket Stadium, which also functions as a helipad for receiving important figures in Bangladesh.
