Kushtia is a city located in Bangladesh on the banks of the Gorai River. It serves as the headquarters for the Kushtia District and is recognized as the cultural capital of the country. The area of the Kushtia Municipality covers approximately 42.79 square kilometres, with a population of 221,804 according to the 2022 Bangladeshi census.
