Sakhipur is a town located in the Sakhipur Upazila of the Tangail District in Bangladesh. It serves as a local hub within the region, situated in the central part of the country.
The town is positioned approximately 36 kilometres (22 mi) east of Tangail city and roughly 77 kilometres (48 mi) northwest of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh.
