Kishoreganj is a district located in the Dhaka Division of Bangladesh. The district was established by requisitioning 2,495.07 km² of land from the Mymensingh district, having previously served as a mahakuma (sub-division) under that administration.
The administrative structure of Kishoreganj includes ten municipalities, thirteen upazilas, and one hundred five union parishads. It is further divided into thirty-nine wards, one hundred forty-five mahallas, nine hundred forty-six mouzas, and one thousand seven hundred seventy-five villages.
