Ljubinje is a town and municipality located in the southeastern part of Herzegovina within Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated in the entity of Republika Srpska.
As of 2013, the population of the town was recorded at 2,744 inhabitants, while the broader municipality had a total population of 3,511 inhabitants.
