Hreša is a village located near Sarajevo, the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated within the municipality of Istočni Stari Grad in the entity of Republika Srpska.
The area was formerly known as Srpski Stari Grad and was established from a portion of the pre-war municipality of Stari Grad. Hreša currently serves as the largest settlement within the Istočni Stari Grad municipality.
