Han Pijesak is a town and municipality located in the entity of Republika Srpska within Bosnia and Herzegovina. It serves as a local administrative center for its surrounding region.
As of 2013, the municipality recorded a total population of 3,530 inhabitants. The town of Han Pijesak itself has a smaller population of 1,820 residents.
