Čelinac is a town and municipality located in the entity of Republika Srpska within Bosnia and Herzegovina. It serves as a local administrative center for its surrounding region.
As of 2013, the municipality has a total population of 15,548 inhabitants. The town of Čelinac itself comprises approximately one-third of that figure, with a population of 5,097 residents.
