Travnik is a town and municipality located in central Bosnia and Herzegovina. It serves as the administrative center of the Central Bosnia Canton within the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The town is situated approximately 90 kilometres west of the capital city, Sarajevo.
Demographic data from 2013 indicates that the town of Travnik had a population of 15,344 inhabitants. The broader municipality recorded a higher population of 53,482 residents during the same period.
