Ilijaš is a town and municipality situated in the Sarajevo Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located northwest of the inner city of Sarajevo.
Due to its geographical proximity to the capital, Ilijaš functions as a de facto suburb of Sarajevo.
