Ilidža is a spa town and municipality situated in the Sarajevo Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It serves as a primary suburb of Sarajevo and functions effectively as a neighborhood of the city. The municipality has a total population of 66,730, with 63,528 residents living within Ilidža itself.
