Bosansko Grahovo is a town located in western Bosnia and Herzegovina. It serves as the seat of the Municipality of Bosansko Grahovo within Canton 10 of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is one of the two entities that make up the country.
The town is situated along the border with Croatia. Historically, the area was known by the name Arežin Brijeg prior to 1919.
