Saatly is the capital and largest city of the Saatly District in Azerbaijan. It is situated in the central part of the country within the Central Aran Economic Region.
The district surrounding the city borders Imishli, Sabirabad, and Bilasuvar. As of 2020, the population of the Saatly District was recorded at 109,100.
