Beylagan is a city located in central Azerbaijan. It serves as the capital and largest city of the Beylagan District, which is one of the country's 67 districts.
The district is situated within the Mil-Mughan Economic Region and shares borders with the districts of Fuzuli, Aghjabadi, Zardab, and Imishli. It also borders the Ardabil Province of Iran to the south. As of 2020, the Beylagan District had a population of approximately 99,500 residents.
