Yunta is a town and locality situated in the Australian state of South Australia. It is located approximately 275 kilometres (171 mi) north-east of the state capital, Adelaide.
The settlement serves as a service centre for both the surrounding local area and travelers transiting along the Barrier Highway. Geographically, it is positioned south-west of Broken Hill and north-east of Peterborough.
