Yuendumu is a town located in the Northern Territory of Australia. It is situated approximately 293 km (182 mi) northwest of Alice Springs on the Tanami Road, within the Central Desert Region local government area.
The settlement ranks as one of the larger remote communities in central Australia. It is notable for having a thriving community of Aboriginal artists and serves as the home of Pintubi Anmatjere Warlpiri (PAW) Media, the organization responsible for producing the television series Bush Mechanics.
