Wool Bay is a locality and former government town situated in the Australian state of South Australia. It is positioned on the east coast of the southern Yorke Peninsula.
The area is located between the towns of Stansbury and Coobowie. Geographically, it sits approximately 220 kilometres from Adelaide by road, though it is situated just over 60 kilometres due west across Gulf St Vincent.
